Miller Metcalfe’s resident auctioneer David Redman has been bringing the gavel down on properties in the region for over 5 years. With 13 years estate agency experience under his belt, David was bitten by the auction bug when he was trained under the watchful eye of Charles Smailes, former President of the National Association of Estate Agents. David, who joined Miller Metcalfe in September 2009 as a Senior Residential Valuer and in-house Auctioneer, relishes the challenge of such a busy and progressive auction house. With a passion for property, David, 40, is a born and bred Boltonian but looks forward to spreading his wings as the company looks set to go global.

With a wealth of experience in residential sales across the country, Will Saunders is committed to providing the same dedicated level of service to the in-house auction lots regardless of value and is proud to introduce David Redman to the auction room.
